This congress is the first of its kind on the African continent and serves to introduce the Society of Veterinary Pathology in Africa (SVPA) and its mandate. It represents the first formal gathering of veterinary professionals and students involved in, or interested in, veterinary pathology, with a specific emphasis on the African context. The congress will provide attendees with a platform for learning through a range of scientific presentations and practical workshops/ discussions, while also offering valuable opportunities for networking and for building professional connections in veterinary pathology across the continent.
